About this card
Birkenstock is a premium luxury German brand started in 1774 known to have invented the footbed and shaped the meaning of the word footbed. The revolutionary footbed is specifically designed to mould to the person’s feet and it is one of the core components that none of the footwear brands in the market have. The brand portfolio consists of more than 800 models and is therefore, a brand for the whole family: women, men and children. On top of that, the brand uses high quality raw materials only which makes them more durable.

Gift cards can be used for all products on the Birkenstock India website (www.birkenstock.in).
Gift cards from the online shop (www.birkenstock.in) are not valid at offline stores.
Customers can redeem up to 5 gift cards at once, with any remaining balance saved for future purchases.
How to use it
- 1 Shop on the official app, website or billing counter as usual.
- 2 Select Gift card / Voucher at checkout and enter your code.
- 3 Pay the remaining balance with UPI or card if your order costs more.
Key terms
Gift cards can be only purchased through prepaid mode of payment, cash on delivery will not be applicable during the purchase of gift cards.
The Gift Cards can be redeemed for all goods in the Birkenstock India website (www.birkenstock.in).
Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift cards.
Gift cards can be combined with promotional vouchers, but discretion of use remains with Birkenstock India team
If the value of the gift card is not sufficient for an order, the difference would need to be paid with another payment method approved by Birkenstock India (Cash on Delivery is not applicable)
Gift cards that are purchased on Birkenstock Online Shop (www.birkenstock.in) cannot be redeemed at any Birkenstock Offline Stores
Customers can redeem upto 5 gift cards at the same time and any remaining balance in the gift card will be saved for next purchase against the last used gift cards.
At redemption the Gift Card number sent in email to receiver will be validated at Birkenstock India to ensure there is no revocation
Any balance remaining in the Gift Card will be carried over to next purchase
All Birkenstock India Gift Cards are valid for 1 year from the date of issue
The validity of gift cards cannot be extended after the expiry date. If there are any technical issues, please reach out to customer care immediately.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged in the form of cash or monetary transfers

Gift cards are not transferrable to any subsequent users or email ids
Birkenstock India is not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission
In the event of loss of gift card or has been compromised kindly reach out to customercare-india@birkenstock.com. In such events we shall block the existing card and re-issue another gift card with the existing value after validating the authenticity of the “receiver”
Products purchased with gift cards follow the same refund/return policy as general orders in the Birkenstock India website
In events of product refunds, we will issue the refund into the same gift card that was used at the time of purchase, refund to any bank accounts will not be possible.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You, Pine labs private limited and Birkenstock India each agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.
