How quickly will I get my gift card?
Most cards arrive in under a minute by email. If a brand takes longer, the card page says so before you pay.
Are these real brand gift cards?
Yes. Every card is issued by the brand or its authorised issuer and goes straight from them to you. We never resell used or second-hand cards.
Why does the price change with how I pay?
Banks and card networks charge different fees for each payment method, and we pass the difference on. UPI usually gets the biggest discount. Every method’s price is on the card page before you pay.
Is there GST on gift cards?
No GST is charged when you buy a gift card. The brand applies GST when you spend it.
What if a code doesn’t work?
Tell us within 7 days of buying. We’ll replace the card or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.
What if I don’t receive the gift card?
In the rare case, it happens. Don’t worry — just email us at hi@studentpeeps.club. We will either send the code or refund the amount in full.
Can I cancel an order?
Cards are issued the moment you pay, so paid orders can’t be cancelled. Scheduled gifts can be cancelled for a full refund until an hour before they’re sent.
