About this card
Café Coffee Day, a part of Coffee Day Global Limited, is India’s favourite hangout for coffee and conversations. Popularly known as CCD, the coffees are sourced from thousands of small coffee planters. CCD opened its first cafe in 1996 at Brigade Road in Bangalore – the youth and the young at heart immediately took to the cafe, and it continues to be one of the most happening places in the city!

The Gift Card card is valid on Food and Beverage, but not valid on Combos
This Gift Card card does not allow any top up
Once registered, the Gift Card card is not transferable to other mobile numbers
Validity of Gift Card card shall be 12 months from the date of purchase
For redemption, the end user shall provide the 16 digit card number at the time of billing which shall trigger an OTP to the end user's registered mobile as mentioned above.
The OTP needs to be shared with the store cashier for a successful redemption to complete the transaction
How to use it
- 1 Shop on the official app, website or billing counter as usual.
- 2 Select Gift card / Voucher at checkout and enter your code.
- 3 Pay the remaining balance with UPI or card if your order costs more.

The gift card is valid on Food and Beverage, Merchandise, but not valid on Combos

The redemption is subject to uninterrupted network connectivity, and notwithstanding the same, CCD shall neither be held liable nor responsible for any consequences if the customer is unable to redeem on account of any technical glitch at the cafe

E-Gift Card shall be Valid across PAN India outlets, except Coffee Day Lounge formats, Airport cafes, Corporate cafes & Discounted cafes. The gift card is also accepted on ccdonline.in (not app) for Contactless Dine-in, Take-aways and Home Delivery.

A E-gift card can be redeemed multiple times
This E-gift card does not allow any top up
No cash payment will be made by the company for the E-gift card either in part or in full nor exchanged
In case the value of the service exceeds the value of the E-Gift card, the difference must be paid by the customers through other available payment modes
No cancellation and No refund money is allowed on the issued E-gift card
Clubbing multiple cards are not allowed
Any unspent amount available in the E-Gift Card after the card expires shall stand forfeited
The company does not accept any responsibility if the customer loses/misplaces the E-gift card. No duplicate card will be issued either
E-Gift cards are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 24 hours.
Management reserves the right to identify the authenticity of the E-gift card in case of any dispute if any
