How to use it
- 1 Shop on the official app, website or billing counter as usual.
- 2 Select Gift card / Voucher at checkout and enter your code.
- 3 Pay the remaining balance with UPI or card if your order costs more.
Key terms
Gift card amount will be added to your redBus wallet which may then be used to make bookings on the redBus website www.redbus.in and the mobile application thereof (“redBus Platform”), subject to the terms and conditions below
The gift card amount added will be valid for 1 year from the date of being added to your redBus wallet, post which it will automatically expire.
Once the initial value loaded onto the card is exhausted, it cannot be reloaded or topped up.
You cannot withdraw cash from a gift card, nor can you transfer the balance to another person's wallet or bank account.
The redBus wallet limit is INR 10,000 only.
If you have an amount in redBus the wallet from multiple sources, the amount uploaded via the gift card will always be prioritised while utilising the wallet amount for payments.
In case of multiple gift cards being added to your redBus wallet, the gift cards having the earliest expiration date will be applied to your purchases on the redBus Platform.
This gift card amount cannot be clubbed with any other bank offer discount/cashback/promotion, etc. offered on the redBus Platform .
In case the gift card amount does not get added to your redBus wallet, , the amount will be automatically refunded to the same gift card within 72 (seventy-two) hours.
We reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change/withdraw or vary all of these terms and conditions.
We are the sole authority for the interpretation of these terms and conditions.
You acknowledge and agree that We shall not be liable for any loss or damage, however caused, and arising from, on account of or due to a force majeure event.
We may suspend or terminate these terms and conditions at any time for any reason at our sole discretion.
All disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of this Feature are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru only.
