How to use it
- 1 Shop on the official app, website or billing counter as usual.
- 2 Select Gift card / Voucher at checkout and enter your code.
- 3 Pay the remaining balance with UPI or card if your order costs more.
Key terms
The Gift Card is valid for **12 Months** from the date of activation. Redemption is valid only for **Domestic Hotel bookings** made through [www.yatra.com] Desktop or App only.
The Gift Card is not applicable for bookings of Flights, Holidays, Buses, Prime Membership, or any other categories except Domestic Hotels Bookings.
The Gift Card is valid for **One-time redemption** only. Multiple transactions can’t be performed, balance amount if any will be forfeited.
**Two or more Gift Cards can’t be combined** and used in a single transaction.
Online Redemption Steps:
Select your domestic hotel and fill in the required details until you reach the payment page.
On the payments page, select **""Gift Voucher""** as your Payment Mode.
Enter your 16-Digit Gift Card/Card No. and the 6-Digit Pin No.
Click on **""Redeem Gift Card""** and pay the balance amount (if any) using other listed payment modes.
Financial and Cancellation Policy:
Any applicable convenience fee/processing fee/excess tour cost/government taxes shall be payable at the time of booking (only if the package cost exceeds the Gift Card value).
No additional discount or reduction in price will be entertained other than the value mentioned on the Gift Cards.
This Gift Card cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing offer, discount, cash back, or promotion run by Yatra.com.
No change or cash can be taken in exchange for this Gift Card.
In case of transaction failures after the Gift Card is applied, kindly connect to our customer support team.
In case of cancellations, no refund will be initiated against the amount paid by EGV and the EGV amount will be forfeited.
Yatra.com is not liable to pay for any difference in fare/tariff between the date of redemption request and the date of using the Gift Card during booking.
If a Gift Card is lost or stolen, Yatra will not be liable for replacement or compensation.
In case the Gift Card expires, no further extension will be entertained.
